You know this ball.
Great in warm-up. Gone in the match.
Your partner sets you up at 30–30. Short ball, right in your strike zone. You net it. Your partner turns around. Nobody says anything.
Thursday your forehand feels like a weapon. Saturday it's gone.
You lose to the guy with uglier strokes who just never misses. Then you replay it the whole drive home.
So you've tried to fix it. A new racquet. New strings. A new tip every week. None of it stuck. That's not on you.
The Wrong-Fix Cycle.
Almost every forehand tip treats a miss as a swing problem. Most misses aren't.
- 01
Late feet
You read the ball late and stop moving too early.
- 02
Jammed contact
You arrive too close or reaching. Contact happens beside you, and too low.
- 03
The arm takes over
You slow down or cut across the ball. Net. Or long.
- 04
You blame the swing
Next session: new grip, new finish, new tip. Back to step 1.
Every fix you've been given targets step 4. The miss starts at step 1.
A new racquet can't move your feet either.
What changes.
You finish the points your partner sets up.
You beat the steady player.
You know why you missed: feet, contact, or decision.
The short ball becomes automatic.
When the short ball comes, you already know you're making it.
The right order. One thing at a time.

Free content gave you a hundred tips in no order. This is the sequence. You fix the forehand where the miss starts, then build up, one priority per session.
One hour to learn it. Three weeks to own it.
"This course helped me stop guessing with my forehand. I finally understand the key pieces and how they work together. It feels like I have a real plan now instead of just hoping it gets better."

Coach Alexander Meliuk
Who's teaching you.
I'm Alexander Meliuk. I grew up training at the same academy as Aryna Sabalenka, competed against Daniil Medvedev as a junior, and played college tennis. I was coached by Vladimir Voltchkov, Wimbledon semifinalist, and mentored by Joseph Gilbert, US Coach of the Year. As a coach I've developed nationally ranked juniors who went on to play Division I, including at Harvard and UCSB, and hundreds of adult recreational players. Most of them didn't need a new swing. They needed to know what to fix first.
